TURBU-FLOW THE WATER MIRACLE

Introduction:
 
In 1981 an Australian entrepreneur Mr. Max Hawkins and his engineering partner decided to design a water conditioner that would use known scientific principles from the Galvanic Scale.
 
Their theory was that a combination of certain specifically selected alloys would neutralize the charges on minerals causing them not to stick to plumbing.
 
They developed and patented Turbu-Flow, which has gone through a series of refinements over the years.
 
Today Turbu-Flow is a fully field proven product certified by the Australian Government through a series of tests to do exactly what is does prevent the deposition of minerals on plumbing such a pipes, boilers, cooling towers, electrolytic anodes and cathodes and heating elements.
 
Earl and Debbie Mathieson owners of Turbu-Flow have appointed Walter J. Bauer as the exclusive North American Distributor.
 
In response to this appointment three months of extensive lab tests have been carried out to show exactly how and why Turbu-Flow works.
 
The results have shown the following:
 

• Minerals with their charges that cause them to normally stick to plumbing and surfaces form into crystals and no longer can stick to surfaces
  
  
• The water has a very low Zeta Potential which is excellent for use with soaps and therefore the performance of the Miracle 11 line is greatly enhanced
  
  
• Since we now have mineral crystals rather than minerals in the water the Miracle 11 Water Energizer is now much more powerful in energizing the water
  

The following four pictures show the difference between minerals and crystals that have been boiled out from drinking water.

So what will the Turbu-Flow unit do for me?
 
In tests so far the following observations have been made:
 

• Iron no longer sticks to surfaces the iron stains are a thing of the past
  
• The minerals no longer stick calcium deposits wipe away with ease
  
• Cleaning the bathtub, sink, shower or toilet is no longer the chore it use to be
  
• We use less soap
  
• Soap scum washes away with ease
  
• Reverse Osmosis units work much better
  
• We have a much lower surface tension
  
• Cut flowers last longer in the vase
  
• Boiled food tastes better
  
• Coffee and Tea tastes better
  
• Water tastes better
  

 
TECHNICAL REPORT OF Turbu-Flow
 
HOW DOES Turbu-Flow WORK?
 
Until this year the science did not yet exist to even begin to know how Turbu-Flow worked.
 
In the 1980’s the Turbu-Flow treated particles were looked at under an Electron Microscope; however; the conclusion that colloids were being formed due to the turbulence and neutralization of their charges within the unit was only partially correct.
 
What was missing at this time was the knowledge that turbulent contact of the minerals in water with the patented proprietary complex multi alloy rod within the Turbu-Flow unit caused the minerals to change their Zeta Potential.
 
In Zeta Potential measurements of water samples sent from the pictures in this article done by Mr. Claude Vizcaino; Managing Director of CAD INSTRUMENTATION in Paris, France showed major differences between the Raw and Treated water samples.
 
The Raw water has Zeta Potential of –14 and the Treated water measured –7.
 
I sent the pictures in this article to him for comment and this what he wrote:
 
Dear Walter;
 
“Olivier from Laval Lab sent me some nice pictures concerning the samples we analyzed for you.  It seems obvious that the results obtained from the Zeta Potential measurements are closely related to the efficiency of aggregating the particles.  The lower the repulsive charge the larger the aggregates.”
 
In layman’s terms this means that as the Zeta Potential lowers, the behavior of the minerals changes from repelling each other to the opposite behavior of agglomerating into a single crystal.
 
The University of Keele in England has entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Bauer Energy Design Inc.  Their published research can be found on the following web site:  http://www.keele.ac.uk/depts/ch/groups/csg/kp/ 
 
In the pictures of treated water you will spot the classical morphological structure of calcium called aragonite. 
 
In the pictures of untreated or raw water you will find the classical morphological structure of calcite.
 
These morphological differences are due to the Zeta Potential difference between the raw and treated samples.
 
In other words Zeta Potential has been shown by the University of Keele to be directly linked to the morphological expression of a mineral. 
 
Does this phenomenon apply to all minerals?
 
The answer is yes.  However we are only beginning to scratch the surface of how this phenomenon works.
 
In simple terms if you lower the Zeta Potential of a mineral you change its behavior of attaching itself to an oppositely charged surface (as seen on a coffee maker or in a sink) to a mineral that will not attach itself to any surface.  Therefore a lower Zeta Potential mineral will not attach itself to a surface in fact it will help to remove other deposited minerals from a surface.
 
How will this difference in Zeta Potential be realized in my home or work place?
 
This is where the real science of lower Zeta Potential water begins.
 
Everyone with a Turbu-Flow is experiencing lower Zeta Potential water for the first time.
 
Though over 25,000 homes and businesses have experienced this water in Australia for over 23 years the results have never been catalogued into a comprehensive research study.
 
As a Turbu-Flow user you become a researcher.
 
Suddenly you notice differences.
 
The following is a difference everyone notices:  

• You feel cleaner after a bath or shower
  
• The water feels softer
  
• You use less detergent
  
• Whites become whiter in the washer
  
• In swimming pools the water become like crystal glass, you feel clean after a swim even with chlorine in the water
  
• Dirt in swimming pools no longer sticks to surfaces and the pool is simple and easy to clean
  
• Sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers are easier to clean and stay clean longer
  
• Your plants show a new vitality, our plants were much larger in size

What not to do with Turbu-Flow Water:

• Do not install Turbu-Flow before a water softener that uses salt only after the softener.  The lower Zeta Potential of the water hinders the performance of the water softener.  Using the Turbu-Flow after the softener gives the exchanged minerals a lower Zeta Potential and the water will have the same characteristics.  This applies only to applications where calcium and magnesium are required to be removed from the water.  A normal household no longer needs a water softener once they install a Turbu-Flow because there are no additional benefits.
  
  
• Do not use Turbu-Flow water in Plaster of Paris water fountains.  The water will dissolve the calcium and plug the pump.
  
  
• Do not use Turbu-Flow with grease, oil, sugar or sticky substances.  These will coat the alloy and cause the unit not to work.
