We are sure you will enjoy the refreshing taste of the naturally present minerals and the high levels of energy found in our pH balanced bottled water.

A Long Search is Over

At Heartland Enterprises we have searched far and wide to find a good quality bottled drinking water. We have sampled and tested bottled water from all over the country and at last we have found what we were looking for.

Deep underground in Moore County, Texas, lies the Ogallala aquifer, one of the largest aquifers in the world. Heartland Enterprises has access to this aquifer and is now able to bring it’s water to you as bottled water.

The Heartland Enterprises bottled water had to be so special and contain these elements:

Water that is clean and uncontaminated and comes from a secure underground aquifer.

Water that has a natural pH balance. Water that has high inherent levels of energy.

Water that is further enhanced with the use of our Miracle II and Turbu-Flow water treatment units.

Water that tastes...well, like water should taste! Refreshing, crisp, clean and free of chemicals.

Water that is regularly tested to make sure that it remains free of contaminants.

We’re sure that you’ll agree that this water tastes pure, crisp and refreshing, especially when chilled. Grab a bottle right now and enjoy it while we explain to you some more about why this water is so special and why proper hydration of your body is so important for your health.

Our Water Treatment and Bottling

Our water is treated in a pre-treatment filtration system to meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for bottled water. This includes the use of several states filtration, ultraviolet (UV) sanitizing and ozonation. Heartland Enterprises also includes the use of our Miracle II Structured Water Unit and the Turbuflo water treatment units. These units enhance the inherent energy of the water as well as changing the crystalline structure of the minerals in the water.

The treated water is filled into bottles that have been rinsed and sanitized. The bottles are capped and labeled prior to packaging. All of the bottle rinsing, filling, capping and labeling equipment is housed in a clean room which is maintained free of dust and other contaminants by filtration and activated carbon treatment of the air circulating through the clean room.

Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing is an integral part of maintaining compliance with the various federal and state of Texas regulations administered by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Texas Department of Health (TDH). The well is operated according to municipal water will requirement and is tested to maintain compliance with TCEQ and TDH standards. The batches of treated water are also tested to make sure the water is suitable for bottling. Each batch (typically a day’s production) of bottled water is randomly sampled and tested for compliance with bottled water quality regulations set by the TDH.

Heartland Enterprises will publish the test data on its web sites and will be pleased to answer any specific questions regarding the analysis and the degree of compliance with federal and state regulations.

Well Analysis Results

The well water used for Heartland Enterprises’ water was tested from a test well prior to construction of the well used for production. The following results obtained:
Notes:
  1. MCL = Maximum Contaminant Level as specified by the EPA drinking water regulations. Unless shown above, all other required analyses were below the detectable levels for the analytical test methods prescribed by the EPA.
  2. pH is now typically 7.2 – 7.4 based on our analysis.
  3. Iron is removed as part of the pre-treatment process.
  4. No detectable levels were found for any herbicides, pesticides, PCB’s, chlorinated hydro carbons or any other organic chemicals (for 69 chemicals tested).

What is pH?

pH stands for “hydrogen potential” and measures the degree of acidity or alkalinity in water. The pH scale is shown below.

Many juices and sodas are very acidic. Also purified water (reverse osmosis, distilled) may have a low pH.

Why Is pH So Important?

The pH of what you drink becomes important when you consider the function of water in the body. The cells in the human body produce acids as by-products of normal cellular function. These acids must be removed for the body to remain healthy. The presence of too much acid in the diet may reduce the body’s ability to function correctly and may increase the risk of disease. There are many studies being performed that show an alkaline body pH may provide improved cellular function and reduce these risks. Proper hydration of the body with water (near neutral pH, not acidic) improves removal of the body’s cellular wastes.

Testing pH

Testing your body’s pH can help you understand whether you are too acidic or too alkaline. Testing your saliva pH in the morning before eating can be done with litmus paper (color scale shown below.) An alkaline pH of 7.0 to 7.4 is a good level to maintain. An acidic pH of less than 6.5 could indicate your body pH is too low and in need of more alkalinity. Also test the pH of the water or other fluids that you drink each day. It may surprise you to see how acidic many different bottled water and soda products may be.
