Saving Time and Money!

Maintenance on this 21kw electrical element was time consuming and expensive. The solid mass of scale around the element would have to be chipped and scrapped away.

When a Model 2034 was installed on the inlet line to the steam generator, maintenance time was reduced. As can be seen, the soft sludge build up around the element is easily removed using minimum effort!

The result being a huge saving in time and costs to the mining company! There is also the added cost saving of not having to generate steam through 2" of heat wasting scale!
